What you can do in case your computer is slowing down

If you are suffering any slow boot on your old or even new computer. Do not worry since many computers suffer this problem. However, the method you use to repair the problem can have an impact on your computer. Many people will begin to use some hardware to fix the problem such as faster hard drive, increased RAM or new processor. But this has to be thought about only if you have money to spend. The best way to do about this is to clean up the computer so that it can be able to run faster again.

If your computer had become slow because of the slow boot in the response of your computer. You have to search each one individually or you can use registry cleaner to look them up. The registry is a large filing system. When you start up, the computer can take long to look up all the files in your registry.

Some time your computer can be suffering the slow boot which has nothing to do with the window. This is about the basic input/output which come to be known as Bios. The Bios runs using a start up sequences and it configures devices. It can boost your operating system. Sometime the system can be messy and can have some obscure commands. This causes slow boot up. According to the mother board you use, you can reach to BIOs in different ways.

start up your computer and hold the delete key down. In Bios window look up for the Boot Menu option. Use the Quick boot to prevent the memory test. Look if the hard drive is the first one in booting order. Put off the logo display

Restart again the computer. After working on the configuration, then you go ahead and disable the graphic and on board sounds. You have to do this if you have installed third party graphic and sound. Go into the BIOS, choose the onboard integrated peripherals or onboard devices. Disable the chips and turn off all the unused network adapters. Restart the computer. Boot Menu setting, if you use vista or XP program, then you can reach to the boot menu to clean up you computer issues. Open the start menu. Click on run. Type msconfig  in the command screen. Go to system configuration utility and boot tab. Change the default time from 30 up to 5 seconds.

Get rid of Boot up Password. Having many password on your pc can add to the computer slowing down. Operating system has to be halted so that you can type the password. If you get rid of these passwords, you will get a better speed boost.

Get rid of all unnecessary program that cut down the loading of your PC. You will be able to achieve this if you use disk clean up option. You have also to think about advanced registry. If you do not clean your registry regularly, it can cause problem in the way you start up and you shut down.
